Yoga
Short Description
Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health. Yoga was developed as a spiritual practice thousands of years ago. In Sacred Heart School, Hazaribag Yoga facility is given to all the students free of cost. Weekly there are two yoga classes for each class is programed. So that students may fit themselves by doing yoga.
